Opera Mini web browser App Reviews

The best thing about this app is the night mode. What is keeping this from being great is the fact that it takes forever to load pages and constantly crashes. With the amazing night mode feature it makes me want to love this more than safari, but right now I cant.

Love the new night mode, but now it keeps crashing. Every time I try to open it, it just shows a white blank page and shuts down. Tried to get help through website but there was no email, just FAQ which wouldnt let me add a question. If possible, please help with crashing issue. I dont want to lose my bookmarks. Thanks.

Not a bad app for browsing, but when I had Mercury Browser I was able to stream movies that had MP4 capability. Now I cant. Pop ups everywhere. Needs work.

Slow load times take a lot of ram, crashes more often than not and usually when doing something important. Crummy stock app is better than this junk.

A great alternative to Safari, easy to customize and fast browsing!

Night mode is the best, Turbo mode speeds things up and it has a nice clean UI.

Opera is better to use than Safari. Its smoother and more fluid, and the scrolling is much better than Safaris scrolling

Love the night mode. Interface is good as any browser but it crashes quite a bit on my iPad 4 iOS 9

Great browser, fast, efficient, streamlined UI. Would be 5 stars but Night Mode crashes (keypad stops working for search) and turns off altogether when I try to go back to a results page. Still better than all the others Ive tried though. (iphone 5s, iOS 9.0.1)

I use opera mini as my daily web browser to save data... But please incorporate 3D Touch. Safari has it and it would be very beneficial if opera mini got it too. Also, why do my web pages disappear after a week or so? They disappear without me deleting them.

Huge improvement over the older version. Good job. Restored my faith in Opera on mobile and desktop Linux as well!!

I hate using Safari because of the amount of data that sites like Facebook use, sometimes up to 4GB/m just FB! Opera cuts that in half if I use their super data save feature. The speed dial features make it really easy for business related functioning such as getting to specific or links almost instantaneously, and my favourite thing is that I can link all of Facebooks hidden message inboxs really quick! The only thing I could see making this app/browser better is creating a Web app feature for the home screen of my iPhone. The one feature I did like on Safari. Anyways great app highly recommend to anyone business savvy, and that cares about the protection of their data, both while browsing and while on Facebook.

Ive tried nearly all browsers from the App Store, and Opera is the only one that you can use without needing Safari. Its good-looking, fast, well-conceived and there are a lot of very good features, such as Turbo Mode, Night Mode, wallpapers for the homepage, etc.

Since upgrading to version 12, I get constant invalid request?? Error messages. The same sites work in safari or chrome and used to work in opera, but not any longer.

Saves a lot of data. Plus, great update with the snowflakes for Christmas. :D

Thanks for the data-saving browser...probably the one thing in the App Store that will make you money in terms of saving on your monthly bills! Compresses videos that would normally double your data usage to nothing while still looking good. Two thumbs up! Night mode is a very creative feature that helps you browse without altering your sleep schedule. It really works. Opera sync is a cool idea but I dont use it as my phone is my primary web browser. Very cute snow animation for Christmas. New version is good too.

What would I do without the wonders of data compression! Thanks Opera!
